Poorly managed sales floor, managers are ghetto and unprofessional, especially when it comes to employee treatment. Certain leads are sent to select people, and your income is determined by a drunk, or another manager that doesn’t want you to succeed because they are too nervous about their own jobs at risk, and on top of all that, they play favorites towards debasing the qualified professionals, for no reason, just because they feel like it. Will give you advice based on no evidence whatsoever. Tell you to change something, then use it against you. Hard to survive in an environment where apathetic management can dictate your leads and income opportunities.
