Pros
The company is filled with a lot of smart and dedicated people who are friendly and great to work with. Management is always very responsive and reasonable and takes an active and supportive role in developing team members. There has never been a time where I have not felt heard and respected. We are always busy, which is great! As long as you are able to roll with the punches, plan ahead, and prioritize your workload, you should never feel overwhelmed. If you ever do, we are a team and everyone is always more than happy to "tag-team" a project to ensure we get the job done and are successful. The company's success at creating a great work environment really shows in that there has been very low turnover during my time at MediaCrossing. Not only is the company well organized and fun to work for, but we all receive terrific benefits too!
Cons
I am genuinely hard-pressed to find a complaint. MediaCrossing is a growing agency, so we are all quite busy and we're always working very hard to keep learning and growing the business. It is paying off, as the company continually receives outside recognition and awards. Sometimes driving the best success for our clients means hard work, but that never gets in the way of work-life balance. It is all worth it knowing that we are succeeding and management is recognizing and genuinely appreciative of our contributions.
