The bosses don’t care about you at all. In the past year, they have never talked to me for more than 20 times. Everyday just sitting in the office and do nothing as they forgot you! (btw, the office is worst too! Not enough lighting! One of the management level said that employee should be grateful after they have purchased lighting for us.) Management level will ban your work and said you have done wrong. But the funniest thing is that she doesn't know how to do either! haha When I asked her how should I handle the task, she told me she had no idea too, she never did this before. You will learn nothing in Mediconcen, but you can spend your working hour to learn other things to enhance yourself.
