Cons
Extremely unprofessional, pay is way below standards, costs of health benefits unmanageable. There are no company paid benefits such as 401k, tuition assistance etc. Loyalty to anyone, no appreciation for hard work, people are let go based on personal opinions and friendships vs job performance. There is no confidentiality. Do not think twice, Mc Donald’s is a much better choice and they pay much more!
