      Pros

      The employees try to stick together since all they really have is each other.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Greed. Management is unprofessional. No room for advancement. Lies. No retirement. No direct deposit. No increases, but overworked. Empty promises. No work-life balance. COO doesn't care about you, only the money coming in.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional, pay is way below standards, costs of health benefits unmanageable. There are no company paid benefits such as 401k, tuition assistance etc. Loyalty to anyone, no appreciation for hard work, people are let go based on personal opinions and friendships vs job performance. There is no confidentiality. Do not think twice, Mc Donald’s is a much better choice and they pay much more!
