Pros
Ideal working place for senior developer (but not so for junior or middle). No micro management, not much meeting, no management pressuring deadlines. Work at your own pace. Developers are treated as creative workers instead of labour worker, and need to work independently. You totally have freedom to work and explore and no pressuring.
Cons
It is not a good place to learn team working, as team working donot exist. Teams exist, but team working as a cohesive unit donot exist, as the culture of the company tend to foster work independently to a greater extreme. So junior developer will not learn much about softskill which is important to progress his/her career later on. Also salary increase and promotion is left to employee initiative. There is will be none if the employee is not proactive. Annual leave start 20 days which is below national average 25, that also need to be negotiated to get an increase as there is no automatic increase by year of service.
