Pros

The company overall seems to really care about employee growth and development. They offer various opportunities for continuing education, training, and access to employee resources.

Cons

The location I worked at in particular was very "clique" centered. While there were several friendly and welcoming employees, I witnessed a lot of people snapping at each other on the ER floor during my time here. I also heard a lot of people speaking ill of their co-workers.

Pros

The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

Cons

I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
