      Pros

      Good people and it's a perfect place to work if you care about dogs

      Cons

      Management is not very forthcoming about how you're doing until the last minute, at which point if you need improvement, they'll slap you with a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and then from there you're worried about losing the job if you don't improve to their satisfaction.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
