Pros
Awesome continuous growth opportunities, supportive leadership, always busy so time flies by quickly, benefits and fair enough salary. The employees are for the most part friendly and it's an easy job if you do your work.
Cons
Can be a little bit chaotic but you just have to be able to get used to constant change and be flexible. Could pay more based on how much success they talk about constantly. Some drama but that is what you'll find almost anywhere.
