Pros
Providers are kind and great co workers.
Cons
Benefits, especially PTO, are limited, with employees accruing only 1 hour per pay period, making it difficult to plan vacations. Compensation and raises tend to be reactive rather than proactive, and there is no clear structure for pay increases. In my experience, additional responsibilities were taken on without formal recognition or corresponding compensation. Additionally, there are delays in addressing equipment and operational needs for procedures, sometimes taking several months to resolve, which impacts workflow and creates unnecessary stress for staff.
