Great opportunity to grow my knowledge - Physical Therapist Assistant Med Center Therapy Employee Review

Our CEO plays a huge part on every team, he is never too busy to answer a question or have a conversation about various projects. Our office manager is wildly encouraging, the staff as a whole are very welcoming. I have never felt like a stranger. Our patients are also so kind.

The parking situation can be tricky, but our staff is also highly compliant and helpful when/if you need help getting out.

I don’t recommend Med Center Therapy.

I don’t recommend working for Med Center Therapy because of its terrible leadership. The leaders here have horrible attitudes. It’s obvious that they don’t care about the well-being of their employees. We’re exploited and abused here, forced to work for extended hours with minimal breaks. All the while being verbally abused by the rude leadership.
