Meador Staffing Response
10yAs always with any feedback, thank you for taking the time and energy to write this review. Our organization, 47 years in the making, is always looking for ways to improve upon the services we offer, culture we provide, and legacy we leave behind. On behalf of the company, I do offer my condolences that your time with us was less than what you expected, although it is good to hear you enjoyed working with your team. You mention you support issues quoted by previous reviewers: nepotism, politics, and religion. Again, on behalf of the company, I’d like to speak to those disputes you have and hopefully shed some positive light on your passionate feelings. A family-owned and operated business was a part of the vision Mr. Meador had when he created the company in 1968. Family will always be a part of the business and the family members who are employed with the company honor, respect, and work diligently to protect the family name as well as the legacy Mr. Meador has worked and fought for throughout the decades.
Respectfully, the political insight the owner shares is most definitely not out of hate. Anyone who knows the CEO well knows without question that hostile, tyranny, bigotry, and hypocrisy are words that would never be associated with him. Being a business owner and seeing economic trends shift and shake, his desire is to support business and the growth of jobs. Being a business owner, he wants to see those two things protected. A healthy economy where business is thriving and job growth is encouraging are the life support of what Meador Staffing relies on to continue its purpose. Meador Staffing makes no secret that we are a Christian company. The values Meador Staffing encompass are rooted in treating people with respect, love, grace, and mercy. And, those who work for the company try to demonstrate those qualities every day; however, we aren’t always going to get it right. We pray that we come close to doing so, but we aren’t perfect. What we can do is submit an apology for making you feel that you were not part of an organization that respected, supported, or treated you with grace and mercy. Again, on behalf of Meador Staffing, I want to extend that regret to you. One of our goals as a company is to create a safe place for its employees where they do feel valued, and if we did not meet that expectation for you, we can take that in to consideration moving forward in to the next 50 years of service. We wish you the best in your current and future endeavors. Thank you, again, for your time and thoughts.
