Not good workplace - Anonymous employee Maxson Automatic Machinery Company Employee Review

No direction from management. No enough training on work. Very very limit to access machine. If there is anything wrong, my supervisor blamed you lacking skills. One time, he asked me:"Your wife is dentist, why do you need work?" I shocked this discriminant question. Job functions are not difficult. an associate degree or electrician is enough. So my supervisor always implied to replace you for stress. The company depends the supplier (Bosch) so much. They asked Bosch's application engineer to decide hiring or not their electrical engineer.
