Pros
Willing to train you on anything that you want to learn. The benefits aren't half bad as well and the work is not completely difficult.
Cons
They overlook promoting caseworkers to higher positions than leads and would rather increase the workload of a current manager instead of giving someone who has never managed a department a try.
