A lot of unfair & bias treament from Management, H.R. & the Project Director. Managers were very submissive to the Project Director therefore providing little to no support to Supervisors & staff. Project Director played favoritism & often displayed unprofessional behavior with staff. Moral very low! Moving up the ladder was based on whose good side you were on. Case reviews were many times inaccurate. Poor follow through with upper management. A lot of unethical case manipulation in order to pass State guidelines or policies. A lot of favoritism on candidate interviews even to the point of fabricating numbers so the individual gets hired. And since when does the Project Director have a say in an employee annual reivew? Could never quite understand that one. PD was never involved in day-to-day operations on the floor, but would have a say on an appraisal. Even to the point where you were told what to put.
