Induction Training - Senior Process Associate MaxVal Group Employee Review

Proper induction ensures that an employee's initial experience with the organization is a good one from the moment of hire through to the first several weeks on the job. Having worked in several different organizations, I'm surprised by how MaxVal attention is paid to this task. How they welcome a new employee says a lot about how the organization treats its employees. I liked the IP presentation mentioned, and it would be educating our team members about corporate Intellectual Property values, the company's history, and provide valuable information about the organization.
