If you value your mental well-being at all, this is not the place for you! I dreamed of working for this company for YEARS and wound up feeling awful all of the time until I left. The bullies are higher ups and department heads. The worst people you know will get promoted and the people who deserve it do not. Management does not care about you and it is very apparent. Get ready to feel uncomfortable any time you're in the office because the vibe is so weird. Have any concerns? Don't mention them because they will use it against you. If you are part of any minority group it will be a very uncomfortable experience for you! They actively push against any DEI initiatives.
