- coworkers are great - collaborative environment - genuinely interesting product/work

- management is not great (typical of startups that get funded - they rely on functional leads guiding vision and don't provide much in the way of actual leadership). I will always remember the CTO picking his nose in front of me when I came in for onboarding. - limited forward career growth - very few training opportunities
