Cons
Although you are able to move up into management very quickly, if you're not performing at a "good" statistial level then you're pretty much out of luck, regardless of any other assets you have. The goals are extremely intense, and many times I would bring the stress from work home with me, 1 in 10 for credit, sometimes having to have a 70 dollar ads - I mean c'mon, we didn't even get the bonus of being on commision, and I'm sorry, but if I just busted my butt for a 500 dollar sale, and all I'm getting out of it is a 10 dollar gift card, or a pizza party with the team then uhm, yea no thanks - I'd rather take my assets elsewhere. Payroll, outrageous - they expect you to get so much done, yet do little to no tasking during open hours, and rarely give extra hours to get things done.
