Pros
-focused on development of team members -open line if communication between stores and corporate -generally concerned with what is best for our customers -great benefits -lots of incentive programs for employees to excel -nice discount
Cons
-very demanding schedule (I am ok with this as I am single without children, but I feel a single parent would have a hard time in a full time position) -some sales goals are a bit inflated (i.e. Credit card applications) -all women working together can cause drama
