Pros
Originally it was a very fun atmosphere and the company was always recognizing your hard work, individually and as a team. The original management structure was set up to support you, eager to help you grow and they were easy to approach. The employee discount is great.
Cons
Big changes in a very bad way. Horrible management structure Unrealistic expectations for conversion, credit card applications Low hours More focused on what you do wrong now instead of what you are doing right. The conversation always starts out with a positive and then quickly turns into everything you need to do better, even if it's unrealistic. Everything is micromanaged to death
