Pros
You will get a paycheck (low salary but a paycheck nonetheless)
Cons
-Inadequate Technology -Constant Mood Swing from Principal -Favoritism among employees -No Bonuses -401 K business share masked as "bonus" that you can't take out unless you work there for 5 years -No HR -Expect to be told " I don't want anyone to work late" but then receive periodical emails asking you to " put extra time" -Expect to be told there will be "crunch time" around April, but "crunch time" is year long -Cheap Principal, will make you bring your own lunch during office lunch and learns, even though you are giving away your lunch -Guilt trips - Bursts of passive aggressiveness from Principal -No other real benefits except the cheapest health insurance that he pays for (not worth it) - Boring Projects - No one has the same version of outlook so outlook doesn't work properly - Hires people as consultants for the first 3 months in order to evade paying for health insurance and benefits -Everyone does everything, draft, project management, billing, etc ( he makes it seem like a positive thing but you'll quickly realize it's not)
