My time at Matic so far has been great- the people and support are amazing from the start! I really appreciate the constant transparency and structure of all processes, along with strong communication amongst all departments. It is very evident that this company wants to succeed and grow in a smart fashion, it is a very employee-driven company. Your career path is completely laid out for you visually day 1 and what you need to do in order to move up. The benefits are more than I could've asked for- unlimited PTO, company covered health, dental & vision insurance ($0 out of my paycheck for benefits), plus HSA with employer contribution. I also can't speak highly enough about the culture- everyone is in it to win it and wants to grow WITH this company!

No company 401K match, but they do provide you with equity/stock in the company right away.
