The students are lovely. Only bright spot of the position.
Cons
Poor leadership that created a toxic learning environment and burnout. Work/life balance is very poor due to expectations and demands of the owner, reinforced by area manager. Prepare to receive work messages at all hours and passive aggressive comments if you dare you try to leave on time - even if you consistently show up early. Genuine attempts at improvements are often ignored or met with flippant and disrespectful responses. It is not surprising that they have struggled to keep someone in this role for over a year.
