1. Favorism and nepotism are two common things here. 2. No respect from HR as part of recruitment. 3. Felt like service company 4. Poor compensations. 5. Poor HR policies. 6. No feedback system and will not take inputs from all while taking decisions. 7. Less and sometimes no 1X1 discussions between manager and employee. 8. No employee retention policies or actions. 9. Restrictive communications. The communications always happens 1 to 1 and not 1 to N. Most of the employees from onshore will not reveal details and information. Keep the information with them to make them self famous. Onsite will not share road paths, future goals and prospects with offshore. Treat offshore like just workers and nothing else.
