Pros
Training; I know you're going to read this and think, "he was asked to write this by a manager," but this is out of my own free will! Looking over my first year at Mass all I can say is that it was the best year of my life! First, the training made look at the bigger picture in my business and personal life. Second, you're surrounded by positive individuals that push you to succeed to the point you get to make your own schedule. Third and most importantly, the office culture is that of a family, everyone is there to help you be successful.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that in your first year you'll find excuses to not study for your designations. If you already have your designations this office is a platform for you grow exponentially!
