Supportive management. Nice core of knowledgeable and supportive staff. Electronic hospital support for night shift. Updated, large unit with large rooms and wide walkways. Awesome education staff.
Cons
Alternating shifts (ICU only)...6 wks 7a-7p/6 was 7p-7a. Constant revolving door of new staff. Have to wear white uniforms. Cleveland Clinic is gradually painting EVERYTHING white.
Great people to work with. Very kind and knowledgeable.
Cons
Management was the worst I have ever worked with in my history of being in the medical field. No communication and no training for new hires in which Human Resources supported. Management in positions that they have no experience in. They were no help to us cause they had no experience in the areas they were told to cover and manage. Human resources needs complete overhaul. They are to be there for the employee and help us through a difficult time, but at Marymount they never listened to the employees only the Managers.
