Pros
Very competent people, you can learn a lot, you can do a lot of interesting work. There is free food :).
Cons
Use to be a sweat shop, much better lately. Compensation for the time put in is on the low side. Too much asian culture influence. Sometimes things seem very unorganzied, start up style. Only Marvell at 5000 people is far from being a start up.
