Pros
- Marvell is a good company to put on your CV if you are starting a career and want to break into tech - Good benefits and relaxed work environment - Ethnically very diverse - Possible to work remotely
Cons
- Its an old company and most employees are in their late 40s and 50s, not many young people - No sense of culture, overall people are very disengaged and kind of stagnant - If you are young, it’s likely to be a short-term gig for you until you find a better job
