      I don't have cons yet except the fact it's a very big company, which can't act like a start up with salaries, decisions and so on

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
