      knowledge sharing very few meetings, open forums personal part of social insurance and housing fund are paid by the company separately, not deducted from base pay.

      Cons

      grow too fast. new hires have no cube and have to site in meeting room. weak IT support poor working enviroment

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
