Marvel Marketers offers the most supportive work environment I’ve ever been a part of. The leadership team is incredibly engaged, and I’ve seen meaningful progress under our new HR Director. New systems and processes are being implemented that support sustainable growth, employee development, and talent recognition. These values are important to me and I feel they are clearly prioritized. There’s a renewed sense of purpose in our culture, with an emphasis on attracting top talent and retaining the incredible team we already have. MM has an outstanding reputation with its partners, and being a consultant here truly positions you as a top-tier professional. While there have been some natural leadership changes, the current direction and structure are setting our CEO and the company up for long-term success. Cons
As with many fully remote environments, opportunities for organic employee connection can be limited. That said, I’m encouraged by the revitalized cultural efforts that aim to foster more connection and community across the team. Standard benefits (not terrible, better than what I've encountered in other companies but could be more competetive)
