Some bad press currently, but the future is looking up

Yes, the 401K package is far below industry standards Yes, we had a corrupt CEO and a few of his friends tarnish the reputation of the company Yes, former leadership was very out of touch with their employees and did not know how to run a company BUT... All the bad apples have been removed and the future is bright for this company. The company has re-focused on what it does best: offering innovative solutions for the maritime defense industry. It is a great place to work as an Engineer. Lots of active programs (and more continuing to be added). Very well respected by our primary customers (Office of Naval Research, DARPA, NAVSEA), as evidenced by their continued investments in the company. The current leadership team is new to running a company, but they all come from successful backgrounds in the Defense industry and are highly respected by our customers. The company does allow a great work/life balance, compared most other companies in the defense engineering industry. There are growing pains (all companies experience them), but the future is bright, and the company is returning to its roots and is a great place to work.
