      Being relegated to a desk and a multitude of trading screens all day. You have the freedom to move about as you wish, however

      Pros

      The two General Partners truly care about their employees. Open-door policy with management. Casual work environment. Great benefits and lots of perks (on-site gym, breakfast, monthly and quarterly company events).

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, there isn't a ton of opportunity to move up into management positions.
