Pay is low under $18

Great coworkers if you can find any who are willing to stay for the awful pay.

Minimal management training. No ways to really move up in the industry. And making only $20 per hour to run an entire department isnt worth it given the odd hours I am required to work. They recently change raised to be merrit based not tenure so good luck getting anything more and the 'raises' they do give feel like a slap in the face.
