Pros

401k, Great Co-workers, People really cared about each other

Cons

You are kept in the dark about many things. Leadership was not good and progressively got worse with time. High turnover. There is talk about how there are many opportunities within Marmon, yet the internal mobility didn't seem to exist even when roles opened up. There was also a level of trust that was us against them mentality and there was a lot of red tape that did not allow you to do your job effectively. The mental burden and stress levels due to lack of resources was immense and impacted life outside of work. It was like you were put in a box and could not get out of it. Communication was very poor. It really seemed towards the end that things were in crisis mode across many levels.
