Pros

Hybrid work mode but this comes with a cost. The managers schedule late night calls especially beyond 10 pm. If you are not a bachelor this can be hazardous

Cons

If you own an offer from Another company then reconsider your decision. At attractive salary may attract you but you have no idea what mess the organisation is going to bring to your life The organisation openly supports Bengalis. If you are a non Bengali you do not stand a chance for appraisal. HR is a mouthpiece of managers. If you have an offer for a salesforce role, I would strongly recommend you to consider another organisation. Even the CEO has stepped down and taken a lower post. They are slowly killing the Salesforce practice and the HR proudly says that they have fired the sales team and they do not have any projects in pipeline Also they believe in hire & fire policy. They fire resources after they are released from project. Recently they have fired more than 50 people. Please reach out to them via LinkedIn before considering this organisation

Pros

Marlabs have indeed placed me with their client that had a need for my skills. I did find the my interlocutor recruiter to be a pleasant person. The contract stipulated payments at 30 days after customer signed my timesheet for each month of work.

Cons

1. The company was late by at least three weeks to complete negotiations with the customer about my pay rate before I could start and it was difficult to get any information on the process even though I was told the customer authorized to hire me. 2. I did not have wisdom and/or option to include penalty clause into the contract for unreasonably delayed payments. 3. The first two payments were delayed and overdue by 4-3 weeks each. 4. Once my contract was completed and terminated after 6.5 months, my 5ths payment was overdue by 5 weeks. My 6ths is overdue by 5 weeks now even though I was assured it should have been released last week and would have been 4 weeks overdue. My 7th and final payment "should be processed soon after" in the words of my recruiter, but I have no based for any confidence I will get my two final payments.
