      Leadership has the wrong focus and also does not care about the staff. Unrealistic expectations and terrible attitudes and lead by fear and threats not encouragement and growth.

      What truly sets this school apart is its heart. The dedication, patience, and creativity of the staff make every day purposeful. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or express joy in a way they couldn’t before reminds you why this work matters so much.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding at times, but it’s deeply fulfilling.
