Tired staff with dull faces waiting for their retirement as many employees are aware that they won't find any other job in the market, thanks to skills they have polished here. Weak HR and their manipulated HR policies (confirmation process is like to win gold in olympic, you will never know how many leaves you earned etc etc) Office timing which on paper is 9:30 to 6:30 but in reality they start working on 6 O'clock and expect you to stay in office till 11 O'clock. Expectations are very high from employees but they don't fulfil their own promises towards employee. Highly negative environment in office, thanks to insecurity of management
