Pros

Don't expect this. You will learn to work like a donkey. Late night work and unnecessary work pressure will improve your skill for nothing. You will be called for a meeting and get work at six in the evening. You will be expected to work on saturday also (saturday is closed here only on paper). You will be asked to do field work on sunday also.

Cons

Many things but can't share all here. Everyone is scared here of one person. No exposure to new projects. You will learn nothing in data analysis. You will be doing only telecalling and field survey if you are not a manager. It is a one man show here. Too much of politics. A typical company with no work life balance. I have seen married employees suffering here. Many good employees have left this company because of frustration. Those who have not left till now because they have not got any new job. Don't confuse MDRA with CMS. CMS is a much better organization than MDRA. Both are completely different.
