Pros

- Amazing work environment - Supervisors give employees freedom to complete work - Hybrid Schedule - Diverse group of employees

Cons

The company is still growing, and it is exciting to see growth first-hand. Being that the company is still growing, diligent work is expected from even your peers. That isn't really a con, but some dont like working with a smaller team.

Pros

Culture seems "family like" and relaxed and truly, even like they care. You work with decent people who do care about their job and partially about you.

Cons

The owner is now on company number 5, may be more. I was hired and under the impression my pay would go up - it didn't. I was severely underpaid for my experience. I did not mind though because everyone was passionate and it seemed promising - it was not. Over 5 employees were let go within a single year and every time it was blamed on the individual. A culture was created that those fired were someone attempting to hurt the owner or company in some way. The part of the company I worked for, Move with Pulse, was shut down. I was then told I had about 4 different job roles within the span of 2 months. I was trained for about 2 days, that is being generous, in my now new role. I was never asked to switch to this role just told it was what I did now and I would be doing something different later. I then was informed the CEO had now added HighLevel white listed to their product which effectively ruled out the job I was told I would be doing. Least to say, I was consistently lied to. After 2 months in this role I was fired for "not working enough" during a specific week that my manager was on leave. I was also informed that that was not something that they did - just fire without warning or reason. During me being fired I actively showed my exact metrics and my manager said "Yea, I know you did I just have to say this." All that to say, sure, it is okay if you are entertaining enough to the CEO but if not, count your days. (As I was told once that I was not engaging enough because I was quieter in the office while attempting to do my work. Also warning, if you are black, you will notice no one else in this office is - take heed to that. After being fired, I was sent an email basically asking me to accept a severance to not communicate to current employees work related things along with a laundry list of manipulative tactics. And to ice the cake - I was uninvited from ever entering the office and NEVER received any of my stuff that was left in the office and was told it would be brought to me. This included a limited edition item that is priceless. So, if you are interested, it will be fun for a while and cult like and if you realize that - you will be fired.
