Always an opportunity for overtime due to short staffing; environment accepting of bullying, harassment, and rules that apply to certain people; multiple mistakes from payroll that caused me to go without half of my paycheck for several weeks at a time on more than one occasion; lack of proper equipment; high patient to staff ratios; surveys that are supposed to be voluntary and anonymous but somehow they find you when you don’t do them and harass you both at work and at home until you do them and with the answers they tell you to give; no clear set protocols.; zero respect for work-life balance in not honoring previously agreed upon schedules at random discretion of management and without any input from the employee; I happened to work here a number of years and was not once given the opportunity to take a vacation, my prior job had a process that ensured all employees were given at least 1 week (many times 2 weeks) of vacation per year.
