5/5 Culture - Recruitment Consultant Marcus Donald Employee Review

I've been with Marcus Donald since 2013 - which on it's own speaks volumes! Overall this really is a great business and what's kept me here all these years is the closeness of the team and supportive culture to really grow and develop. Vas & Alison are, I believe the most motivational and inspiring founders you could ask for. Since I started, I have moved up through the ranks from an Associate to now a Director running the Recruitment team, so that pathway is well and truly there to grow! There are huge plans for Marcus Donald as a business, as a family and shared goals we are all individually and as a team working towards hitting! As much as yes, I have been here just under 10 years for me, the best part about working here - is it still only feels like the beginning!

I've sat here for a few minutes and literally I can not think of a single one!

The Training & Development processes lead by Bobby are amazing, it really helps you understand the role of a recruiter: how to do it, why we do it & what does everyone get out of it. They cover all aspects of recruitment from the first day, so much is taught before you even pick up the phone and you learn all about your specific niche and tech. The culture is great, plenty of incentives, clear targets for progression and the xmas party was the best. The big thing is, you get what you put in, so its a great place to push above and beyond.

Rewarding, yet extensive T&D program means beginners may not work roles straight away - but its worth it. Nothing other than that.
