      DPC model of care allows for ample time with patients.

      Cons

      Bloated with middle management. Replacing physicians with APPs. Pushing providers to see more patients per day than is typical with DPC.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
