      Because Marathon is so very good to their employees, everyone here is so nice and helpful and fun to be around. The support here is unprecedented. It's like being a part of a wonderful family that I feel blessed to be a part of.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
