      Being able to see a family medicine provider for health care issues

      Cons

      executive leadership is terrible. leaders know absolutely nothing and when you ask questions, it is always I dont know. Leadership is not telling anyone if they have a job still or not. It has been 4 months since they told us about this new project, new positions, etc. We get conflicting information all the time. Company culture is in the toilet.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
