Staff treated poorly by upper management - Waiter/Bartender Mar Hall Employee Review

It looks a nice place to work .

0 hrs contract , sent home no pay when quiet which is all the time . Lunch provided is leftovers from other meals , terrible. No uniforms provided . Poor pay and tips if any distributed between full hotel so you could end up with £10 for month if anything . Company lost 4 spa therapists in Dec alone and sure more will follow us . Really poor management with no care and thought into staff just own self gain . Avoid this job until management start to care about spa and staff .

Staff are very uptight and don't communicate well between office and the hotel operations Members of staff such as cleaners, kitchen porters are always doom and gloom as they are paid terribly and forced to work long hours Chefs are constantly changing and leaving without notice due to arrogance of certain members of staff Top members of staff talk down to lower members of staff
