      Pros

      Manta has a very supportive and fun team, as well as a management that is always open to hearing and implementing ideas that come from the employees, and even from the interns.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced and requires that you constantly be learning and adapting, which I love but isn't for everyone.

      innovative technology, can move up if your particular skillset proves useful

      Cons

      Very poor hiring process for interns. Will place you in jobs outside of your skillset that seemingly have nothing to do with what you applied for.
