Benefits! Performance bonus. Leaves can be encashed, oh there’s also monthly allowance. Business information is rich and you see your part in creating good change to commumities/areas MWCI serve
Cons
Annual increase is lower than cpi. Other perks had been reduced due to opex savings. Highly regulated company (by mwss). If you’re a manager, there’s no OT pay/no hazard pay. And for other fuctions weekends could be demanded from you. Government culture of promoting people (based on tenure). Not very open to change (or improvements). Salary is not transparent per role. Not much trainings
