Dr. Zhu, the practice owner is passionate about using the latest technology and research to give her patients the best experience. The doctors at Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics are patient, kind, and willing to teach new assistants. Patients are happy with their results, which made my job that much easier. The clinical managers really care about their staff and have very comprehensive and easy to understand training materials to bring new people up to speed. They are very experienced and the office is extremely organized. I grew professionally from their mentorship. I was also fortunate to work with sterilization and lab techs so I could focus entirely on patient care and helping the doctors. Pay and bonuses are competitive and performance based, and there's plenty of room to grow within the office. Lunch hour is paid and meals are included. If you like a fun, fast paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn, I highly recommend working at MBO.
